Beth Villalobos, Director of Property Management for Sperry Commercial offers twenty-two years of real estate experience. Through the years her experience has included residential, office, retail and industrial real estate management. Prior to becoming Director, Beth successfully managed a mixed portfolio of over one million square feet, Beth also assisted in training and operations throughout the Sperry Commercial property management. As Director of Property Management Beth oversees the operations and management of approximately 9,000,000 square feet of real estate nationwide. Beth is a member of the Sperry Commercial Vital Factors Team which works to maintain smooth corporate operations. She works to establish policies and procedures to achieve efficiency in property management operations.
Beth is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), holds her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) Designations and an active California Real Estate License.
Amy Dender, Portfolio Manager joined Sperry Commercial Inc. in December, 2013. Amy possesses over eight years of commercial real estate experience, including office, retail and industrial real estate management. As a Portfolio Manager at Sperry Commercial, Amy oversees the operations and management of approximately 450,000 square feet of commercial real estate including industrial flex office parks in the greater Sacramento area. Her current duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to tenant retention, aggressive rent collections, construction management, leasing, monthly financial assessments and reporting.
Amy’s skills and talents enable her to work efficiently and effectively with other members of commercial real estate networks. Including Brokers, other managers and owners.
Prior to joining Sperry Commercial, Amy began her career with Jones Commercial Inc. where she obtained the position of Office Manager. Her professionalism and her skills enabled her to be promoted within 18 months to an Assistant Property Management position. There she worked on a diverse portfolio including retail, industrial and office properties.
Amy is currently in the process of obtaining her Certified Property Manager, (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Amy currently holds an active California Real Estate License.
Ashley Lane is a portfolio manager based out of Sperry Commercial, Inc.’s Irvine office. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of a number of retail, office and industrial properties throughout Orange, Los Angeles and San Diego counties.
She has worked in commercial real estate since 2013 and is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Notary Public. Ashley has managed almost 1 million square feet of retail, office, medical and industrial property, over half million square feet of unincorporated land and assisted in the management of an additional 1.2 million square feet of property.
With strong administrative background, much knowledge of lease abstraction and interpreting contracts, excellent communication skills, and experience coordinating extensive tenant and capital improvements she has fostered positive tenant and landlord relationships. Ashley’s strong work ethic was awarded in 2015 when Sperry Commercial presented her with an Outstanding Performance Award for her contributions to the property management team.
Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Ashley studied voice performance at the Manhattan School of Music and performed opera professionally. She has also studied psychology and worked with adults and children with special needs. She enjoys volunteering and has traveled to Rwanda, Kenya, India and Nepal to assist local communities in need. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, historical reenactment, and going to Disneyland.
As Property Manager for Sperry Commercial’s Atlanta office, Eric Strange offers nine years of real estate experience in office and industrial real estate management. Eric joined Sperry full time in 2012 and now successfully manages a mixed portfolio of nearly 2 million square feet. He is responsible for the preparation of annual budgets and monthly financial reporting, rent collections, tenant relations and maintenance issues and all other daily operations of these assets, and he assists with construction management and capital improvement projects. Eric came to Sperry from Colliers Spectrum Cauble, where he worked as Tenant Coordinator and Assistant Property Manager. Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and holds an active Georgia Real Estate License. He lives in Tucker, GA with his wife Jennifer.
Gayle Davis Keenan graduated from Hawaii Pacific University where she majored in Marketing and minored in Computer Science. Following a 20+ year career in software development and contracting for the Department of Defense, she returned to Atlanta Georgia and pursued a second career in Real Estate.
Gayle has worked with Sperry Commercial Real Estate since 2005. At that time, she was employed by a third-party property management company and assisted with the day-to-day management of Sperry’s first Atlanta-area property, Oakbrook North. In 2007, with the purchase Sperry’s Gwinnett Park portfolio, Gayle was hired by Sperry as an on-site property manager.
As the Portfolio Manager for the Atlanta portfolio, Gayle is responsible for the management of approximately 2,000,000 square feet of commercial/light industrial real estate. Gayle specializes in the Atlanta market; her attention to detail contributes to the continued success of owners and her commitment to both owners and tenants results in high tenant retention and customer satisfaction.
In her spare time, Gayle enjoys renovating the home she shares with her husband, spending time with her family, gardening, oil painting and volunteering in her community.
Roberta Olson holds more than twenty years of commercial real estate experience. She joined Sperry Commercial in 2014. Her experience in the Real Estate field includes office, retail, industrial/warehouse and vacant land management. As Portfolio Manager of the Denver Sperry Commercial office, Roberta manages the day-to-day operations of Sperry owned properties as well as a number of third-party properties. She likes the idea of “no day being the same” and if you have a deadline there will be a “fire” to put out with an owner, tenant or vendor.
Roberta has held a Colorado Real Estate license since 1998. She enjoys a quiet life with Michael, Abbey (four-legged baby) and Sunny (cockatiel).
Tara Joanis holds more than fifteen years of commercial real estate experience. She joined Sperry Commercial, Inc. in 2003. Her experience in the Real Estate field includes office and retail management. As Portfolio Manager at Sperry Commercial Tara does the management and oversite of a number of office and retail centers in the Southern California area. In her current position she has mastered aggressive rent collections, tenant retention, construction management, monthly financial reporting, budgets and cam reconciliations.
Tara’s experience has enabled her to work productively with tenants, owners, brokers and all member of the commercial real estate field. Her excellence enabled her to receive two Certificate of Achievement Awards and Property Manager of the Year at Sperry Commercial.
Tara is a graduate from the University of Arizona. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Finance. She holds a current California Real Estate license and is currently working to obtain her (CPM ®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM® ).
Dina Shefflette is a Commercial Real Estate professional with over 15 years of Lease abstracting experience. Her experience includes the setup, processing, maintenance and analysis of new and existing leases for portfolios consisting of domestic and international tenant offices.
Prior to joining Sperry Commercial, Dina started her Lease Administration career at Brookfield Properties (fka Trizec Properties) as the Senior Lease Administrator, Western Region managing leases for over 8M square feet of commercial properties.
